Favite has equipped with patented roll-to-roll additive antenna mass production facilities, with screen print and plating production process, and the antenna performance is nearly same with Cu-etching antenna with very competitive cost structure. Our monthly OEM&ODM production capacity for RFID antenna is 129K Sq Meter, or equivalent to 50 million pcs of 4”x1” antenna.

Regarding RFID inlay OEM & ODM production service, Favite offers wafer based RFID Flip Chip Bonding service, suitable to Antenna Bonding & Strap Bonding for wafer size of 6”, 8”, 12” with limitation of minimum die size of 0.3mm x 0.3mm, which meets the bonding service to all known EPC Gen 2 RFID Chip at this stage. For sample bonding, Favite offer chip loading with Waffle Pack or GEL Pack to solve the small quantity bonding and its bonding quality problem.

With its converting equipments, Favite can offer OEM&ODM service for RFID Tags, including various size of Label (4”x1”, 4”x2” , 4”x4” , 4”x6” ), Event Ticket with different size, ISO Card, airline baggage tag. The production speed of Favite RFID converting equipment is up to 90M per minute, with monthly production capacity of 50 million pcs of 4”x4” Label currently. In addition, Favite has a professional tag design team to offer customization service to different tag size and tag printing for specific requirements.
