To meet various of RFID application requirements, Favite offers RFID IC design services based on logic CMOS process with fabrication of 0.35um, 0.25um, 0.18um and 0.13um wafer production process.
A RFID IC consists three major function blocks, including:
1. Analog RF Interface – The Analog part provides stable supply voltage and demodulates data from reader for being processed by digital part. In addition, The data is transmitted back to the reader via the modulation transistor of the analog part.
2. Digital Control – The digital control part includes the state machine, processing the control and handling communication with the EEPROM, which contains tag and user data.
3. Memory – The on-chip memory could be Mask ROM, one-time programming ROM, or EEPROM.
Favite supports IC design with the above technologies, and we can design RFID IC by using different frequency band such as 13.56MHz, 433MHz, 860-960MHz, or 2.4GHz. We can also design digital control based on your specific requirement, integrating the EEPROM size from 96 bit to 4M bit to meet different applications.
